Thursday 3rd January 4pm – 7pm – $70 Mini Masterchef Class – Bread, Pasta, Meatballs This is a hands on class where your mini chefs will learn to cook the whole menu from scratch!
Saturday, 19th January 5pm – 8pm ‘KIMCHI, SAUERKRAUT AND BRINED VEGETABLES’ $125 per person The science of fermenting vegetables. All participants will take home a jar of each of the above.
Friday, 18th January 5pm – 8pm ‘ALL THE SCOBYS’ $125 per person Learn how to make your own fermented drinks including kombucha, jun, milk kefir, and water kefir. All participants will take home a scoby of their choice, a bottle of jun and a water kefir.
